This week was a special week aboard the Turks & Caicos Aggressor. This week was our last dive charter before we travel to the Dominican Republic for whale season. In addition to our normal dive sites at Northwest Point, West Caicos and French Cay, we dove South Caicos and Grand Turk as well. The air temperature was in the mid-80's while the water temperature was 78 degrees.

Sunday we began at Black Forest, a beautiful wall at the Northwest Point of Providenciales. There was a large Green Moray, Yellowheaded Jawfish and a Spotted Eagle Ray. We spent our afternoon at The Dome. After seeing a Humpback Whale on the surface before the dive, we could hear it singing while we were underwater. Also there was a Green Turtle, Nurse Sharks, and several octopus. Monday morning we traveled to West Caicos to Gullies. Here there is a channel through the reef with a very friendly Nassau Grouper. There were Caribbean Reef Sharks, Lionfish and Southern Stingrays in the sand. We also dove Brandywine. Our friendly Caribbean Reef Sharks were there, as well as a Hawksbill Turtle that loved posing for photos and video.

Our late afternoon and night dives were at Whiteface. There is a channel through the reef similar to the one found at Gullies, however this one has a several hundred year old Spanish anchor encrusted and hanging from the northern wall. Tuesday morning we traveled to French Cay beginning our day at G-Spot. There were six Spotted Eagle Rays, lots of Caribbean Reef Sharks and a curious Green Moray. In the Afternoon, we dove Double D where five Spotted Eagle Rays cruised past the group. For the night dive we went back to G-Spot and found octopus, Nurse Sharks and a Chain Moray, which is rare.

Wednesday morning we had a calm crossing over to South Caicos. Our first dive site was the Airplane, where there is 30 year old plane wreckage with lots of sponge growth. Next we went to the Arch, where on top of the reef there is a large swim through. On

Thursday morning we traveled to Grand Turk for the final leg of our journey. At Chief Minister's there were large Giant Anemones, Smooth Trunkfish and Garden Eels in the sand. Our third dive was at Aquarium. Divers saw Channel Clinging Crabs and Spiny Lobster out walking on the reef. Our last dive site of the charter was at Yellowstone. There was a very large Loggerhead Turtle, lots of Angelfish and Slender Filefish.

We had a wonderful week of diving and hope to see our guests again in the future. Thank you Sherri, Richard, Denis D, Alexander, Trevor, Linda, Patricia, Bill, Denis S, Gennady, Keith, Connie, Mike, Kristi, Bert, Suzanne, John and Richard for joining us.
