This week we welcomed aboard a Group from Canada , United Kingdom, Brazil, and the USA on the Kona Aggressor ll. We picked everyone up from the Kona Pier Saturday evening and headed out to the mooring for dinner and a briefing. We came up with a plan for the week and headed to bed so we could be bright eyed and bushy tailed in the mourning!
Sunday May 3rd
The Kona Aggressor ll headed south at the beginning of this week to the Dome for dives one and two. After a check out dive everyone was ready to find some critters! They saw Peacock Razor Wrasse, Spotted Box fish, Gold Laced Nudibranch, Fried Egg Nudibranch, Blue Dragon Nudibranch, Dragon Wrasse, a Turtle, and two Frog Fish! Next, We headed to Manta Ville for the last three dives of the day and got to see Mantas on the dives along with Fried Egg Nudibranch, Hermit Crab in a Penniform Cone Snail Shell, and Leaf Scorpion Fish. During the night dive we got a nice private show from Mantas!

During a delicious meal prepared by our Chef Matt we came across some schooling Hammer Head Sharks that did not mind our presence so the gang got in and snorkeled with them!!! Next, We headed to Lions Den where our guest saw Strawberry Nudibranch, Fried Egg Nudibranch, and a Dragon Wrasse were just some of the high Lights. Next, We were off to Au Au Crater for our last two dives. On the day dive they saw Titan Scorpion Fish and an Eagle Ray is what our guest remembered most. During the night dive the guest remembered seeing Aneome Crab, Raspberry Nudibranch, Cusk Eel, and a huge Conger Eel.
