Monday November 9th
…Guests awoke to Lighthouse Reef Atoll to begin a wonderful day of diving. Schools of horse eye jacks, a couple free swimming green morays, sharks, rays, barracudas, and our resident sea horse could be seen during the day.
Tuesday November 10th
…The guests checked out the island of Half Moon Caye, home to more than 4,000 birds. Afterward we motored to the Great Blue Hole, takes about an hour to navigate the water ways of Lighthouse reef atoll. Once on site everyone dropped in together and enjoyed the enormous stalactite formations at depth. In the afternoon, encounters with caribbean reef sharks, eagle rays, blue parrot fish, gray angelfish, rosy razor fish by the dozens, and a carpet of garden eels moving to the oceans beat at Half Moon Caye Wall.
Wednesday November 11th
…Enormous lobsters, channel clinging crabs, a lazy porcupine puffer fish were seen during the day dives. The night dive was exceptional. Plenty of silver sides, tarpon, caribbean reef squid and a couple octopus were all out for photos and video opportunities.
Thursday November 12th
…A big nurse shark, southern stingrays, reticulate moray, squid, octopus and a giant logger head turtle were just a few of the encounters throughout the day and night.
