Without a doubt this week will stay in our guest Memories for the rest of their lives as one of their best experiences! The diving was amazing, we had two events that got the adrenaline racing thru our veins and had our hearts reaching extreme limits. The two events happened during our night dives which have become the main attractions in Coco’s Island. One night dive a 12 foot Galapagos shark came in and stayed with the divers for over 15 minutes, the shark kept circling around and every time getting closer and closer to the divers. One of the sharks came so close to Laura, one of the divers, she actually had to bend down so the shark would not run into her. We all went crazy about this encounter!
During another one of our night dives there were about a dozen white tip sharks who grabbed a moray eel and tore it into little pieces right I front of us! One of the sharks were able to seize half of the moray including the head and even in such a bad position the moray was putting up a fight trying to bite the shark’s head. After a stop in a little cave the shark had to give up a piece of the moray as other sharks tried to take the moray from the shark ,that was the end of the poor moray eel.
The day dives were amazing schooling hammers in Alcyone, Galapagos sharks in Punta Maria and Manuelita, Manta ray in Dos Amigos, tiger sharks, marble rays and more in Manuelita. More tigers in Viking rock along with mating Trigger fish, the week had endless action in good ocean conditions, the guest were always nice with smiles on their faces after every dive…..
Thanks to all of our guests; Oren, Giuseppe, Philippe, Aymeric, Pasqueale, Meo, Mario, Marco, Michelangelo, Bartolomeo, Guillermo, Martin, Paola and Matteo, Michael, James, Stefano, Giovanna, Skippy, Laura, Koen and Marie for a great week of diving
