Thursday September 29th

This week we welcomed aboard visitors coming from USA, Australia, United Kingdom and Trinidad & Tobago. We picked them up from Baltra Airport in the morning and headed out to a briefing and to get ready for our check dive. During the check dive we saw sea lions, stingrays and tropical fish.

Friday September 30th

On Friday, we had two dives in Punta Carrion north side of Santa Cruz Island. We saw golden cow rays, stingrays, sea lions, hammerhead sharks, scorpion fish, groupers and tropical fish.

 

Later on, we had a land tour in Bartolome Island to see a volcanic and pristine land scape from the top.

Saturday October 1st

We reached Wolf Island to dive with hammerhead sharks, Galapagos sharks, barracudas, sea turtles, eagle rays, sea lions, dolphins, silky sharks and tropical fish.

Sunday October 2nd

On Sunday we went to Darwin, one of the most famous islands in Galapagos. Here, we could see whale sharks, hammerhead sharks, Galapagos sharks, silky sharks, black tip sharks, sea lions, sea turtles, golden cow rays, jacks, tunas, dolphins and tropical fish.

Monday October 3rd

Around Darwin and Wolf we had other dive times, in which we saw whale sharks, hammerhead sharks, Galapagos sharks, silky sharks, sea turtles, sea lions, scorpion fish, barracudas, jacks, tunas and tropical fish.

Tuesday October 4th

Going down south, at Cabo Douglas and Punta Vicente Roca, Tuesday gave us the chance to see other variety of the marine life: we could swim with marine iguanas, bat fish, penguins, cormorants, sea turtles, sea lions, mola molas, sea horses, barracudas, stingrays and tropical fish.

Wednesday October 5th

On Wednesday, after a night navigation going east, we could visit Cousins’ Rock. The rocks were waiting for us with sea lions, marble rays, stingrays, sea turtles, barracudas and tropical fish.

 

Later on, we went to visit the highlands of Santa Cruz to see the famous giant tortoises: the Galapagos were peacefully walking around the place, in the wild.

Thursday October 6th

 

We finished our cruise having the sensation of a lovely week for our visitors. During this week, we celebrated Kevin’s birthday on board and had a great time with Mr. Wayne Brown, our boss.
