Sunday – Kadavu – 09/04/2017

We did the checkout dive off the back of the boat at Namara island visibility was great and everyone got their weights and buoyancy in order. We then munched down a quick breakfast before we were back in the water at Jennie’s rock. We then made our way to Alacrity hopping to see some dolphins on the way but unfortunately they must have been sleeping deep. We did our 4th dive at Alacrity which was beautiful as usual with fans and hard coral

Monday – Kadavu – 10/04/2017

Bright sunshine this morning another great day of diving we spent the whole day of diving on the main reef and the group of pinnacles that surrounds this area. M&M and daydreamers was our first choice this morning the visibility was great and the hard corals were out in their colors. The sun later came up out which warmed everyone up and lit up the corals even more

Tuesday – kadavu - 11/04/2017

Another great day, weather really amazing, M & M was our first choice this morning and we have seeing several oriental and the diagonal sweetlips as permanent resident for this site and not only our guest saw several pregnant pipe fish but the soft coral and black coral were really amazing. This dive site was filled of micro life many shrimps, blennies and cardinal fish. 2nd dive at Hat trick our divers saw a juvenile slender filefish hiding in the gorgonians from 50-60ft they use the gorgonians to help camouflage them from hungry predators like lionfish and scorpion fish. After all the good dives we headed down to Day dreamer for our 3rd/4thdive lots of reef fish with colorful soft coral, our divers saw grey reef shark, white tip, barracuda and lots of critters.

Wednesday – Kadavu – 12/04/2017

First two dives this morning at mellow yellow beautiful reef with a significant hard coral growth. Many moray eels, scorpion fish were discovered on this dive hard coral growth is spectacular and of course colorful soft coral, black coral and lots of colorful reef fish tip, anemone, anthias and lots of damsel. We did one exploring dive this afternoon which turns out to be the best and our guest had come up with the name that really suits this site “EYE CANDY “unbelievable site with so much fish life that covers the entire reef and this is one site you will hardly want to miss it. We heaved anchor and headed to Drue village for village visit

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Thursday – Kadavu – 13/04/2017

1st dive at Eye Candy soft coral and black coral were truly amazing with lots of critters the fusilier fish were everywhere along with black surgeon and unicorn fish. While we swimming around this pinnacle one thing that attract our divers attention is the small coral heads with all the beautiful soft coral, black coral with many damsel and different types of anthias fish that makes it look beautiful and most amazingly is the different and colorful butterfly, bannerfish that associates with other fish that permanent resident of this site. 2nd/3rd dive at Bombshell our guest saw moray eels, black spotted sweetlips, lots of groupers, grey reef and white tip sharks., 4th dive at Ono reef soft coral and black coral were truly amazing with lots of critters.

 

Friday – 14/04/2017

While we waiting for the bad weather to settle down we choose to do a wreck dive on our first dive and this is one of the biggest wreck in Fiji, the stern end of the boat it lies on 115ft but the bow at 70ft, for critters lovers this wreck is also a permanent resident for varieties of pipe fish and different types of nudibranch inside the cargo hold black spotted, diagonal and oriental sweetlips were also a permanent resident for each hold of the ship, and not only that giant morays eels and different types of groupers were part of the attraction for this wreck. After this dive we heaved anchor and move to Rainbow reef for our 2nd dive during this dive we saw lots of reef fish, moray eel, angle fish and lots of cardinal fish and fusilier fish. 3rd dive at great astrolabe reef our diver saw white tip, grey reef sharks, humpback wrasse and many reef fish

 

Saturday – Suva port – 15/04/2017

0630hrs – continental breakfast was prepared for our guest prior to disembarking the vessel. The watermen of the Fiji aggressor bids farewell to the guest and hope that they have a safe journey back home to their loved ones and hoped we would meet again someday
