The sun was bright, a slight breeze from the east and seas were calm when guest boarded the Belize Aggressor IV for a week of eat, sleep and diving!

Sunday August 13th

Our dive sites for the day was Half Moon Caye Wall and Julies Jungle. While spending a long of time underwater on these two-dive site we saw just about anything we wanted. Just some of what we saw while making bubble was Smooth Trunkfish, Flounders, Loggerhead Turtle, Large Black Groupers, Green Moray Eels, Arrow Blennies, Queen Angelfish, Several Caribbean Reef Sharks, Octopus, Squid and a pod of 8 Bottlenose Dolphins swam up close to most of the divers. It was an Amazing Day on the Belize Aggressor IV!

Monday August 14th

The dive site Eagle Ray Wall is where we started the day swimming with Green Moray Eels, Countless Chubs, Creole Wrasses, Green Turtles, Caribbean Reef Sharks and Spotted Eagle Rays. For the afternoon and night we made bubble at Long Caye Wall enjoying the encounters with Mackerel, Tarpon, Spotted and Green Moray Eels, Atlantic Thorny Oysters, Sharks, Eagle Rays and Turtles.

Tuesday August 15th

Cathedral and Long Caye Ridge was our dive site today. While exploring the walls and reefs on these site we encountered an array of Gorgonians, Stony Corals, Marine Plants, Smooth Trunkfish as a Post-larval Juvenile, Juvenile Pipefish, Atlantic Oysters, Channing Clinging Crabs, Caribbean Spiny and Slipper Lobsters, Big Tarpon, Sharks, and Octopus.

Wednesday August 16th

Chain Wall near Half Moon Caye was our first stop on the Wednesday morning. While spending time underwater we saw Schooling Creole Wrasses, Queen Angelfish, Big Nassau Groupers, Spotted Moray Eels, Juvenile Spotted Drums, Sharks and Eagle Rays. Our afternoon dive site was Dos Chichas where we enjoyed a plethora of Colorful Corals, Sponges and Tropical Fish. Sometimes swimming near us we had Big Mackerel, Smooth Trunkfish, Turtles, Drums, Banded Coral Shrimps, Oysters, Clams and Octopus.

Thursday August 17th

Painted Wall off Long Caye is an Amazing Dive Site with a Shallow area full of Soft Corals, Angelfish, Porcupinefish, Green Turtles and Hundreds of Painted Tunicates. While diving Silver Caves we enjoyed Huge Deep Water Fans, Black Coral, Large Tarpon, Caribbean Reef Sharks, Trunkfish and Spotted Moray Eels.

Friday August 18th

Sandy Slope was our last dive site to visit for the week. The visibility was good, water warm and lots of sun to brighten up the under sea garden that makes up Sandy Slope. So many different type of Marine Life and Corals to Enjoy as one guest said it’s like a Fish Nursery down there! I have to agree, diving Sandy Slope this morning was an excellent way to end a Fantastic week of Diving On The Belize Aggressor IV.
