Saturday 28th October 2017 Kadavu

Welcome aboard our guest and helped them to their designated cabin unpacked and settle in nice and early. Our chef Penny served them a nice hot lunch while we began with our official crew introduction and safety briefing. We left the dock at 1900hrs after receiving our exited guest and already eager to dive. There was much talk about the upcoming week, and the possibilities of seeing manta rays, white tip, hammerhead and other critters.

 

Sunday – 29th October 2017 Kadavu

A beautiful sunrise was viewed this morning with a clear view of Suva, at 0700am we headed to Namara for our checkout diving after arrival at the site; our guest began the process of getting ready for the first dive. Camera and gears were double-checked the divers start entering the water at 0800am. The first dive lasted for nearly an hour with reports back seeing puffer fish, box fish, moray eels, black leaf scorpion fish the water was calm and warm and everyone is talked excitedly about the next dive coming up at Dravuni passage. Our Second dive produce results of grey reef, white tip, moray eels and of cause the best viewing of many cowries and lots of fish life. Chef Penny wowed our guest with a beautiful lunch. As our guest enjoyed their lunch we moved to our next dive location for the day at Alacrity. Third dive also produce the same results with additional sightings of moray eels and mumble rays. What a show, they arched, pivoted, and glided overhead as we were able to view them and take many great pictures of them

Monday – 30th October 2017 Kadavu

Our day began early, heading north this time towards our next dive site. We splashed in right at 0730 AM and were greeted by a huge pods of fusilier fish, unicorn fish, grey reef, white tip, sea turtles, different types of anthias that covers the entire pinnacle and lots of groupers, black spotted sweetlips. 2nd dive at Jeannie’s rock there was an incredible amount of fish at this site the main attraction of this site is the combination of colors with crevices which had the variety of fish, critters and creatures from sea turtle, white tip, and grey reef sharks. Third and fourth dive at Rainbow wall we were able to see some unicorn fish, box fish, octopus, leaf scorpion fish and much more.

 

Tuesday – 31st October 2017 kadavu

We started our day with a wreck dive visibility wasn’t good this morning, but the diving still great with many fish life and all colors of soft coral. second dive at Bombshell we did get to view many unicorn, black surgeon fish we even saw barracudas do their hunting around the pinnacle banner fish, barracudas, school of jacks and of cause the grey reef sharks and white tip. After this dive we heaved anchor and headed to labyrinth where we do our 3rd dive, what a spectacular dive. It was an amazing site especially when we have a bunch of happy divers from USA

 

Wednesday – 1st November 2017 - Kadavu

On our third day, Mellow yellow our first choice of this morning, which has the variety of beautiful coral and colorful soft coral, Spanish mackerel, barracudas, amberjack, and grey reef, white tip sharks were seen on this dive. Second dive at Day dreamer reef but this time we saw turtle, green moray eel, Surgeonfish, jacks and lots of reef fish. Third dive produce the same results. We heaved anchor and headed to Drue village for village visit our guest were so excited about the visit while we at the village the village elders started to introduce them the traditional ways of drinking kava and later entertained our guest with a Fijian dancing (meke) war dance, our guest had some real taste of Fijian meal that were cooked in the underneath oven…delicious. Roast pork, roast chicken, Palusami with coconut cream milk, marinated fish…. delicious

 

Thursday – 2nd November 2017 - Kadavu

 

Our first dive this morning at M&M was very nice and calm first dive lots nudibranch, regal angelfish, spotted porcupine, black coral and soft co – fish. 2nd dive at Dravuni wall we saw turtle, green moray, jacks, barracudas and lots of reef fish and many critters. Kay wall on the third dive lots of fish life and soft soft coral with abundant fish life

 

 

 

Friday – 3rd November 2017

Dravuni passage this morning we saw lots of regal angel fish, spotted porcupine – fish, long nose file fish, longfin banner fish, grey reef, white tip sharks. As we headed back to Suva the crew started rinses all their dive gears and dried them before we arrives port

1645hrs – the Fiji Aggressor arrived in port

1800 hrs. – Cocktail was served

 

 

 

 

Saturday – 4th Lami jetty

0630hrs – continental breakfast was prepared for our guest prior to disembarking the vessel

The watermen of the Fiji aggressor bids farewell to the guest and hope that they have a safe journey back home to their loved ones and hoped we would meet again someday
