Marc G. Chicano - Captain/Dive Instructor
Marc is an experienced boat captain with a 24mt license and a PADI IDC Staff and Master Dive Instructor with approximately 10,000 logged dives. Throughout his career Marc, along with his wife Marilen, a captain and dive instructor herself, has managed the dive operations of dive centers, day boats, and liveaboards across the world. Marc’s diving career has included all aspects of boat operations from refueling schedules to bookings, and from social media to menu planning. He is from Spain and is fluent in English, French and Spanish; and conversant in Italian, German, and Dhivehi (the native language of the Maldives).
Marc became a dive instructor in 1992 completing his OWSI course in France. The following year he began directing a dive school in Mallorca, Spain and by 1994, he was running his own dive center. He soon began to split his time between managing the dive center and leading dives in Sri Lanka, seasonally. After two years directing dive boat operations with his wife in Key Largo, they arrived in the Maldives in 1997 and soon thereafter he began working as a liveaboard captain, dive instructor and guide. As of 2017, he has been a liveaboard captain and dive leader in the Maldives for the past 20 years.
Marilen Enseñat Mora - Cruise Director/Dive Instructor
Marilen is a certified PADI dive instructor with over 9000 logged dives and has her captain’s license. Throughout her career Marilen, along with her husband Marc, a captain and dive instructor himself, has managed dive operations of dive centers, day boats, and liveaboards across the world. In addition to teaching, guiding, and training, Marilen’s diving career has included all aspects of serving divers from cruise director to social media coordinator. She is from Spain and is fluent in English, French and Spanish/Catalan; and conversant in Italian and Dhivehi (the native language of the Maldives).
Marilen became a dive instructor in 1996 completing her OWSI course in Fort Pierce, Florida. That same year she began splitting her time between running her own dive center in Mallorca, Spain and leading dives with Underwater Safaris in Sri Lanka. After two years directing dive boat operations with her husband in Key Largo, they arrived in the Maldives in 1997 and soon thereafter she began working as a liveaboard dive guide. As of 2017, she has been guiding and teaching divers in the Maldives for the past 20 years.

Ranjit has worked as the main chef for several Safari Boats before joining Maldive Aggressor II in November 2017.
Originally from Anuradhnapura , Sri Lanka. Isuru studied at Ceylon Hotel School in Anuradhnapura , working as Sous chef at Colombno Ramada hotel, Gate Airport Garden (Colombo) hotel, The Bell seafood restaurant seafood (Negombo) and Anantara (Trinomalee). He moved to Maldives and worked in the Safari Boat industry for the past 2 years and joined Maldives Aggressor II drew last November 2017.

Originally from Gupalgons , Bangladesh, Alamin studied at Aikdiya school in his home country. He moved to Maldives in 2012 to work on a construction team for a resort and then joined the Safari industry where he has developed his skills in Compressor Operation, maintenance and dhoni (tender) handling. Alamin is very well organized.
Megan is from Zamboanga , Phillipines and studied Tourism in Pagadian City. She has worked in several countries like Malasia Golf course as bar tender , Singapore as bar tender on Raffles place and Johor Baru. Megan moved to Maldives to work as bar tender and steward on Safari boats and resorts and joined to Maldives Aggressor II in November 2017.
Originally from Kurunegala, Sri Lanka, Romesh studied at the Asian Ceylon hotel School (Colombo) and Galadari Hotel (Colombo) hotelier school and worked there and at the Waters Edge. He moved to Maldives to work on Safari Boats in 2013 and joined the crew of Maldives Aggressor II in January 2018
Originally from Kumila , Bangladesh, Sultan studied Tourism on Lsilhet College with degree 11 and worked in the housekeeping department at the Lux in Maldives among other before joining Maldives Aggressor II last January 2018.
