|Ike Mingoa (Captain, Divemaster)|
I was born in the Philippines and have been in Palau for 29 years. I started working on the water as a skiff driver and was the personal skiff driver for the president of Palau for 2 years. I worked for Neco Marine as a dive master and skiff driver and moved over to the Palau Aggressor II when they started in Palau. I started as a dive master and loved the diving so much; I’ve been working for the company now for over 19 years. For the last 4 years I’ve been the captain of the ROCK ISLANDS AGGRESSOR™ and still love the diving. I also handle the engineering on the boat as well.
|Scott Arni (Captain/ Operations Manager)|
Scott was born in Pennsylvania and started diving when he was 15 years old while in the Boy Scouts. Later he became a Captain and dive instructor while working at the Florida High Adventure Sea Base which is a High Adventure operation run by the Boy Scouts of America. Scott has been working on Liveaboard dive vessels for the last 16 years. Scott has worked on the Cayman Aggressor, Okeanos Aggressor, Belize Aggressor, Bay Islands Aggressor, Fiji Aggressor, Kona Aggressor, Turks & Caicos Aggressor, and currently on Palau Aggressor & ROCK ISLANDS AGGRESSOR™.
Jim Mingoa (2nd Captain/Dive Master)
My name is Iemar but you can call me Jim. I was born and raised in the Philippines. After I graduated high school I moved to Manila to go to college. I received a bachelor of science in Marine Transportation and my captain’s license. Every summer break I went to Palau to be with my family and started diving. After college I moved to Palau to be with my family full time and started working for Neco Marine as a skiff driver and dive master. When the ROCK ISLANDS AGGRESSOR™ came to Palau in 2010 I started working for the boat and enjoy every day of doing what I love.
|Hector Manglicmot (Engineer, Divemaster, Skiff Driver)|
Hector started his underwater adventures at the early age of 15 while using Snuba, a hookah system. Hector traveled the globe while being a Merchant Marine. He came to Palau in 1989 where he has worked with such renowned underwater scientists as Dr. Collins. He assisted Dr. Collins in collecting underwater species for the American Cancer Institute. Hector is “famous” and has a fish named after him. Hector completed his Divemaster training when he started with the Aggressor team in 1996. Hector has been the Chief Engineer and keeps the vessel in top shape condition. Hector is also a Dive master and skiff driver. When not guiding you see him diving with his underwater camera trying to capture the next exciting image. Hector now proudly keeps both the ROCK ISLANDS AGGRESSOR™ as in top shape.
Feliciano M. Flores (Engineer)
My name is Feliciano M. Flores Jr. but you can call me June. I was born and raised in the Philippines. I started working on boats in the Kapel-Subic dry docks. I moved to Palau in 2004 and opened my own small repair shop and worked for the Palau Aggressor II and ROCK ISLANDS AGGRESSOR™ when they needed me. I just started working full time on the boats and soon will complete training for my dive master and skiff driving license.
|Ben Clark (Cruise Director)|
I was born and raised in California, and always loved the water. I started diving in 1994 and got certified on the Kona Aggressor II. After high school I attended Brooks Int. of Photography in Santa Barbara California. After college I moved back home to Stockton and worked in a camera store selling cameras and started my own photography business. I then decided to combine diving and photography in 2008 as the photo pro on board the Kona Aggressor II. In 2010 I moved out to Palau and have been the photo pro on the ROCK ISLANDS AGGRESSOR™ for over 4 years. I was promoted to boat manager in 2012 and enjoy working with Captain Ike on all aspects of our daily operations.
Ripan Debnath (Divemaster)
Born and raised in Bangladesh and was able to come to Palau through an invitation from his friend. He started as a security guard on the boat and was trained to be a diver. He’s mostly interested in seeing crocodile fish and other stuff. Currently he’s the president of the Bangladesh Association in Palau.
Star Abraham(Instructor/Skiff Driver)
I am a Palauan but was born in Guam and moved to Palau in 1994. I graduated high school here in Palau and went to the local college for 2yrs. I worked as a hotel front desk receptionist for 3yrs. I started diving in late 2004 and love diving in Palau. I became a PADI Instructor in 2015 and enjoy diving in my beautiful country. In February 2018 I joined Aggressor Fleet and like to talk with the guests about my pristine paradise.
|Andrew West (Chef & Dive Master)|
Andrew is my name but you can call me Andy. He started work as a chef in his home town in England. After a few years working in a London 5 Star hotel, he moved to Daubai and then Australia. While on a visit to Thailand where his sister had a dive shop, he discovered diving and soon became a divemaster. After 2 years in thailand he decided to join Aggressor Fleet as a chef/divemaster. Andy has worked on the Palau Aggressor & Rock Islands Aggressor for 3 years cooking, diving and taking underwater videos. He took a years break to return to England where he ran a pub & kitchen but decided to return to Palau and the Aggressor family. Andy's other hobbies are flying RC planes, drones or any thing that flys!
Editha Baldos (Stewardess)
Editha was born in Culion, Philippines near Coron. She studied literature in College. She has worked at Dive resorts near her home for a several years prior to her arrival in Palau. She shares the housekeeping on board both yachts and lends a hand in the Galley. She is currently a non diver but is starting her dive training and very excited to explore the beautiful underwater wonders of Palau.
Kiran Tamang (Stewardess)
Kiran is originally from Nepal. She came to Palau 2 years ago. Currently she is a non diver, but hopes to complete her Open Water certification soon. Kiran has 1 son 8 years old living in Nepal. Her favorite hobby is cooking her native home foods for her friends here in Palau.
