    Jim Clark

    Captain

    Jim was born and raised in land locked Manchester, UK, so at the first opportunity ran away to the coast to enjoy the better side of life! Completing his degrees in the UK, he worked as a marine biologist for many years across the world, focusing on coral reef resilience and locally run fisheries. Scuba diving every day in the tropics, became a scuba diving instructor, and got his first level of boating license. Post covid, a change of plan, Jim headed back to the Caribbean to work on the boats, and joined the BVI Aggressor for her maiden voyage, after 10 months and gaining his next level ofcaptains license, he was invited to Captain the Turks and Caicos Aggressor, which is where he now calls home.

    Mateo Arias

    2nd Captain

    Mateo was born and raised in Colombia, where "Nature grew in my soul".  After finishing school in Argentina, he couldn't ignore the call of the cold, impressive, full-of-life waters of the south, where he Scuba dived for the very first time and worked as a Dive Master. Subsequently, the magnificent encounters with Patagonian marine life increased his desire to earn a living in a beloved place, the water. Life guided him to Cozumel, where his son was born, and he became a Dive and EFR Instructor, Full Cave, and Extended Range Diver. In 2019, he moved to Turks and Caicos, where he worked as Watersports Manager and Activities Developer. He has explored over 35 miles of Eastern Caicos islands' water and developed more than 18 dive sites, several water sports, and eco-land experiences. In 2023, after a brief time in the Riviera Mayan Caves, he joined the Turks and Caicos Aggressor, a boat he calls home at the Lucayan Archipelago.

    Jason Flowers

    Dive Master/Chef

    Jason, or Flowers as he goes by, was born in Kansas City Missouri but spent a lot of his childhood in Memphis TN. He got his divemaster is Utila Honduras in 2014. Other than having a passion for diving Flowers is a sports fan, particularly the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals, an avid camper, fisher and mountain biker. He began his boating career refitting sailboats and has hopes of owning and operation his own sailing charter boat. Being the youngest of three brothers he has lots of nieces and nephews he likes inspiring to go out and live their dreams.

    Chef/Dive Instructor

    Taren Yelle was born in Digby, Nova Scotia, and was raised on both coasts of the US. After her first dive in Kata Beach, Thailand, she was hooked! A professional musician, lifelong student and tasty food enthusiast, Taren has studied music and local foods in every place she's been, and is thrilled to be in the galley sharing her favorite flavors from around the world.

    Molly Jakubowski

    Dive Instructor

    Mollie first started her maritime career aboard Disney Cruise Line then later Royal Caribbean. After her time on cruise ships she ventured to Australia where she had the opportunity to work in a dive shop and fall in love with the sport. She later went onto Mauritius where she crafted and pioneered her own PADI Specialty course spreading awareness and education regarding the invasive species of Crown of Thorns Starfish. Her career has brought her to Bonaire and now aboard the TCAII. Turks and Caicos will be the 9th country Mollie has called home and she can’t wait to meet you on your next adventure.
