Aggressor Safari Lodge - Sample Menu

Sri Lanka is very close to the Equator which means that temperatures remain fairly constant year-round. Coastal and lowland areas enjoy an average daytime temperature of 78-86°F / 26–30°C. Sri Lanka is unusual as it has two monsoon seasons with the wettest periods being December and January in the North. Humidity is high everywhere throughout the island.

Meals are included with breakfast (cooked to order), picnic lunches and an elegant dinner with tableside service. Beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are complimentary while staying at the lodge.




The Aggressor Safari Lodge® dining tent is a large, well appointed and stocked facility serving 3 meals a day plus snacks. In keeping with high standards, meals are prepared by top chef's trained in a variety of cuisines.  Many of the meals are prepared using fresh produce from the surrounding villages and farms. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated with prior notice.

All packages include 3 meals a day, snacks, beverages and complimentary beer and wine. Refrigerators in the dining tent and at the bar are well stocked with soft drinks, cold beer and wine and are accessible 24/7.

After visiting the ancient city of Anuradhapura in the morning, a packed picnic lunch will be taken inside Wilpattu National Park.
