It all started with an easy crossing, good weather and an excellent first day of diving, this week the Tiger sharks were happy and they came and went all over the place in Manuelita, we had so many good dives in my old favorite I can tell you we saw pretty much everything the island has to offer in one single place. Starting with the hammerhead sharks, the tiger sharks, the marble rays and white tip sharks, manta rays and even the whale shark showed up, this rock has it all, we even went from three frog fish to hammers, tigers and turtles in the shallows of Manuelita, then the night dives were filled with adrenaline as the white tips went hunting and they were really going at it, they kept going in frenzies as the fish they were hunting on went under the reef so they would fight to get the fish and the competition was hard as we had few dozens of shark in one little place.

There was another place Dirty Rock that gave us the best hammerhead close up and the schooling we all want to see, this place was filled with sharks an also there a couple of eagle rays that stayed in this place for a couple of days as they were doing some kind of mating ritual.

In Punta Maria we had the puffer mating some you don’t see that often in fact I have seen this behavior very few times it is actually easier to see whale sharks that the puffers mating.

Another amazing sight was a Sail Fish, we were all drifting on our safety stop in Viking Rock and just few second before we surfaced a 8 Feet sail fish went by displaying its beautiful fin Richard Dun was with us this week and he was nice enough to share one of his sailfish pictures with us, him and his beautiful wife Brenda were really happy as we had some amazing diving this week the entire group was easy going and they were really enjoying the vacation, we had lots of sun and also the crossing back and forth were really nice and guest were happy

Stay tune for more
