Sunday August 6th
It was a perfect day for guest to enjoy our first dive site Julies Jungle. The site has a shallow area and a sloping wall for those who wanted a little more for their first dive. Everyone did excellent on getting their buoyancy worked out and making sure those underwater cameras wee ready to get some wonderful pictures. Some of what we enjoyed while diving Julies Jungle was Schools of jacks and Snappers under the Belize Aggressor IV, Mackerel, Queen Angelfish, Arrow Crabs, Spotted Moray Eels and Hawksbill Turtle. Our next stop to enjoy was Long Caye Ridge. We really enjoyed this site with sandy ridges that start around 25 foot and slope down a colorful reef. We encountered, Yellowheaded Jawfish, Channel Clinging Crabs, Green Moray Eels, Mackerel, Banded Coral Shrimps, Spotted Moray Eels and a Beautiful Small Green Turtle Eating.

It was very Nice to be back in the water.

We started the day on Eagle Ray Wall swimming along a Beautiful Wall with Jacks, Snappers, Black & Nassau Groupers, Queen Trigger and Angelfish, Trumpetfish, Spotted Eels and a pair of Spotted Eagle Rays. The afternoon and night on Long Caye Wall was Amazing with Black Corals, Huge Barrel Sponges, Long Colorful Tube Sponges, Stingrays, Sharks and Octopus.
Thursday August 10th
Painted Wall was number one today and this dive site has the correct name with lots of Colorful Corals and Sponges. Just some of what we saw was Arrow Blennies, Several Types of Crabs, Spotted Moray Eels, Big Snappers, Caribbean Reef Sharks and a Couple of Turtles. Silver Caves was next with a Huge School of Creole Wrasse hanging off the top of the wall; well over a hundred of them. Friday August 11th
Our final dive site of the week was Sandy Slope. This dive site has a little of it all starting about 25 feet it’s a long slow slope to deeper water. While swimming over this sloppy reef we saw a garden of Soft Corals with some Hard Corals mixed in as well as Tropical Fish through out the reef. It was an excellent way to end the week, nice slow long dives.
