    Wayne Brown

    Chairman & CEO

    SSI INSTRUCTOR TRAINER

    Air Force veteran Wayne Brown and his family are passionate adventurers and he was so impressed with the trips they took with the Aggressor Adventures® in 2005 and 2006 he decided to make it a more ‘intimate’ relationship and purchased Aggressor® from the Haines family in April of 2007. Wayne is a hands on owner and is committed to providing personalized, exceptional customer service on every Aggressor adventure. From every department and every location around the world, you will experience first class service and adventures. Wayne serves on the Board of Directors for Sea of Change Foundation and Oceans For Youth Foundation. He is an avid photographer and spends much of his time on the many Aggressor destinations. He and his family reside in Augusta, Georgia.

    Larry Speaker

    Having grown up as a competitive swimmer it was only a matter of time until Larry was bitten by the "scuba bug". After landing his first real job it was an easy decision that his first vacation was a a scuba certification trip. Twelve months after that first trip Larry completed his instructors certification and soon after made scuba his full time career. That was over 20 years ago. During his career Larry has certified more divers than he can remember, managed and trained instructional staff, was a professional travel agent, launched a software company for dive stores and worked in marketing, advertising and IT for a large dive company. Larry earned his MBA specializing in International Business where he met his wife Carry. Larry is Vice President of Operations for Aggressor Liveaboards®

    Anne Hasson

    Vice President
    Reservations, Advertising & Marketing

    NAUI Divemaster

    In 1981, Anne was vacationing in the Cayman Islands and signed up for a Scuba certification course. Her instructor was Wayne Hasson and the rest is history. She helped start up new Aggressor destinations, design the yachts and crewed the fleet's first vessel, the Cayman Aggressor. She manages the Reservation Office, Marketing & Advertising Department & Reseller Program at Aggressor Adventures®. Anne is an inductee into the Women Divers Hall of Fame (WDHOF) and SSI Platinum Pro5000 Diver Program, serves on the Advisory Board for Oceans For Youth Foundation and is on the Board of Directors for Sea of Change Foundation. She is an avid outdoor wildlife photographer and spends her free time photographing wildlife in Southwest Florida and gardening. She and her family reside in Naples, Florida.

    Natalie Risley

    Administrative Assistant

    Natalie was born in Wisconsin but grew up in Colorado where she met and married her husband. A huge NFL football fan she grew up attending Denver Bronco games, but having Wisconsin roots she is also a fan of the Green Bay Packers. Natalie started in Mortgage Banking then started with Aggressor Fleet® when she and her husband relocated to the Augusta, Georgia area in 2006 for her husbands career. With Aggressor Fleet® since January of 2007, Natalie is the Administrative Assistant to the CEO. On her bucket list is a trip with Aggressor Liveaboards to experience the Hump Back Whales in the Dominican Republic.

    Justin Brown

    Business Development

    Justin was born in Wiesbaden, Germany on a US Air Force base and grew up in Augusta, Georgia. He has a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Georgia College & State University. Justin works in business development and manages the apparel department for Aggressor Adventures. He began his SCUBA hobby when he was 15 with his father; he has expanded his love of SCUBA to his wife and now 1st born son. He is an extremely devoted family man, with a wife and 2 sons. His other hobbies include swimming, biking, and running, in that order.

    Capt. Tom Gebhardt

    Tom holds a 200 ton Yacht Master License, worked as a Captain for 20 years, 9 of them on the Cayman Aggressor. He is a certified Scuba Instructor for four national certification agencies and is fluent in English, German, Spanish, Swedish and Portuguese. Tom originated from Norrtalje, Sweden where he graduated from Rodenskolan College then went on to spend 8 years in sales in Spain and Portugal. He is responsible for managing the reseller program for USA and International tour operators, dive stores and travel agents, leading fam trips, managing trade and consumer dive shows as well as contributing to the fleet's social media. He spends much of the year traveling and working dive travel shows in Germany, France, Canada, USA, Spain, Asia and leading familiarization trips on Aggressor Liveaboards yachts.

    Caroline Hasson

    Caroline Hasson was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, lived in the Cayman Islands until she was five and raised in Naples, Florida. She graduated from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC with a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management and Business Administration. After working for multiple 5-star resorts, she joined the Aggressor Family in May of 2018. She was certified as a junior diver before obtaining her Master Diver Certification. Caroline is the Adventure Sales Manager for the Aggressor Nile Cruise and Aggressor Safari Lodge. She loves to travel and just returned from visiting the Aggressor Safari Lodge in Sri Lanka and Nile Queen in Egypt. She resides in Bethesda, Maryland.

    Captain Jay Roberts, was born in Clearwater, Florida and grew up working in his father's diesel mechanic business after school. He has always loved being around the ocean. Having been a certified instructor since 1996, he has enjoyed teaching and showing others the underwater world he loves so much. He is a graduate of Southern Arkansas University Tech in Computer Information Technology and practiced Architecture for 8 years and is a AIA Member. He began working as the photo pro onboard the Okeanos Aggressor in Cocos Island in 2002 then went on to become Captain of the Belize Aggressor III. Jay holds a USCG 500 ton international captains license and resides in Augusta, GA with his family.

    Jeff McNutt

    Assistant Operations Manager

    SSI Instructor Certifier, React Right Instructor & Trainer, PADI MSDT Instructor

    Jeff grew up in Texas and became a Dive Pro while attending Stephen F. Austin State University.  He moved to Dallas after college and managed a Dive Center there before moving down to work as an Instructor in the British Virgin Islands with his wife, Casey.  They worked their way up to Managers, then spent two years as General Managers before becoming partners in Dive BVI on Virgin Gorda.  Having spent 14 years in the BVI, Jeff and Casey moved back to the US in 2017 where he was traveling the Caribbean as a Sales Manager for SSI.  Jeff loves being outdoors, boating and photography.  He's very excited to be working with the team at Aggressor Adventures and looks forward to being on an adventure with you soon!

    Debbie Boone

    Operations Administrator

    PADI Advanced Open Water & Nitrox

    Debbie was born and raised in Crownsville, Maryland in the small community of Arden on the Severn where she enjoyed all that the Chesapeake Bay had to offer. She met her husband while he was in the Navy and they lived in Florida and Mississippi before returning to Maryland, where they raised their two boys. In 2017 while on a cruise to the Western Caribbean she received her scuba certification. Later that summer, upon moving to Augusta, Georgia, she became active with a local group of divers and enjoys diving weekends in the lake and river. She also volunteers with local nonprofit groups for river cleanups, both above and below the water. Debbie is the newest member of the Operations team with a background in administration, and is amazed that diving has led her here to such a wonderful group of people to both work for and with.

    Cole Watkins

    Cole was born and raised in Augusta, Georgia. He received his Bachelor’s in Business Management from Augusta State University in 2012. Cole has always loved the water and even started his own kayak tour and rental business in college. He is a certified scuba diver and has found his new favorite hobby. He is very excited to take his work from the river to beneath the sea with Aggressor Liveaboards. Cole lives in Evans, Georgia with his wife, son, daughter, and their two dogs. He loves spending time with his family, friends, and watching his beloved Atlanta Braves & Atlanta Falcons. Cole manages the social media, video editing, and analyzing website analytics for Aggressor Adventures. Cole recently received his third Iron Diver in a row on the Belize Aggressor IV®.

    Ashley Watkins

    Adventures Clubs Coordinator

    Ashley was born in Orange Park, Florida and shortly after, her family moved to Augusta, Georgia where she still resides today. She graduated from Augusta State University in 2012 with a bachelors degree in Business Management. She was certified at age 15 and fell in love with diving and went on to get her SSI Dive Master certification. Ashley's hobbies include embroidery, scuba diving, and spending time with her husband, son, daughter, and two dogs. She is the Manager of the Aggressor Adventures club programs and Aggressors social media for all three brands.

    Richard Shurling

    Director of IT & Programming

    Born in the small kaolin mining town of Sandersville, Georgia, Richard began his IT career as a web design contractor, before moving into the health education sector in The Medical College of Georgia’s Department of Family Medicine, where he developed patient logging software. While in Family Medicine, he sharpened his data analysis, and database design skills working with faculty preparing publications for various journals. He joined the Aggressor team in 2016, and looks forward to new challenges in this exciting field. While he has never tried it, he also anticipates giving diving a try in the near future. When not tinkering with his various electronics projects, Richard spends his time canoeing, motorcycling and playing the guitar.

    Ina Strickland

    Web Design/Development

    Ina Strickland has been a web designer for over 20 years. Her graphic career began as an illustrator for computer game companies on the West Coast. When the first internet company came to her city she offered her graphic services as a volunteer and began learning how to apply her talent to this new technology. Ina ran her own successful web design business for 12 years with a large clientele base before joining the Aggressor team full time. She is responsible for the web design, branding, social media and graphic design for Aggressor Adventures. Ina recently spent a week on the Cayman Aggressor V and loved her diving experience.

    Samantha Whitcraft

    Director Conservation & Outreach

    PADI Dive Master
    NAUI Scuba Instructor

    Samantha Whitcraft is Director of Conservation & Outreach for Aggressor Adventures® and for the Sea of Change Foundation with the mission to create positive change for our natural world. Samantha’s work includes developing Green the Fleet® sustainability initiatives for Aggressor and educational programs for the M/V Oceans for Youth operating in Cuba’s Gardens of the Queen National Park. Over the past twenty years, researching biodiversity conservation, citizen science applications, and sustainable ecotourism has taken her to the Amazon with National Geographic, to the Mesoamerican reef with NOAA's Coral Reef Conservation Program, and to the remote Pacific with Shark Savers to promote education through adventure.

    Samantha graduated Cum Laude from Harvard University with a Bachelor in Natural Science degree concentrating in conservation biology; she earned her Master of Marine Affairs and Policy at the University of Miami. She taught both formally at Miami Dade College and the University of Hawaii and in the field on the subjects of environmental ethics, traditional ecological knowledge, and coral reef ecosystems. After the Gulf oil spill, she was recognized by NOAA Fisheries with a national award for exceptional service in response to the Deepwater Horizon disaster. Whitcraft was also one of twenty women selected for the Women’s Environmental Leaders Forum – Miami with the White House Council on Environmental Quality and principal environmental advisor to the President. She has produced award-winning short environmental films, researched the global, illegal wildlife trade, and is an avid photographer and published nature writer. Whitcraft is a Platinum Pro 5000 Diver, recognized by the scuba diving industry as an “elite water explorer”.

    Sabine Camacho

    Sabine was born and raised in Munich, Germany where she lived half of her life before moving to Augusta, Georgia. She joined the Aggressor family 10 years ago as a Travel Planner. She learned to scuba dive through the local dive shop in Augusta then completed her certification on the Turks & Caicos Aggressor II. She fell in love with diving and was immediately hooked. Her son took interest by doing his senior project on ocean pollution, got certified and started his career in the Navy. He also loves to scuba dive and joins her when he can. Sabine enjoys gardening, cooking, loves the outdoors and the ocean. She has traveled on the Bahamas Aggressor, Okeanos Aggressor II, Jardines Aggressor I, Maldives Aggressor II, Aggressor Safari Lodge in Sri Lanka and can’t wait for her next Aggressor adventure.

    Darien Bacon

    Darien lived in Colorado for many years before relocating to Morgan City, Louisiana in the late 70’s. She has been apart of the Aggressor journey since its inception in 1984 when it was founded. Darien was certified on the original Cayman Aggressor and has traveled on Aggressor yachts in Micronesia, Galapagos, Hawaii and aboard most all of the Aggressor Caribbean yachts. Her most recent Aggressor trip was to Egypt onboard the the Nile Queen, an Aggressor River Cruise. She is a Travel Planner and specializes in Oman, Red Sea and Sudan. She has three children, 6 grand children and 3 great grandchildren. She loves to garden, teach Sunday School and is very active in her Church.

    Andrew was born in Hartford, Connecticut and raised in Tampa, Florida from the age of five. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Florida Gulf Coast University and is an active volunteer advisor to current students at FGCU. While living in Augusta, Georgia Andrew started working as an Adventure Planner for Aggressor Adventures and fell in love with the company and has been a part of the team ever since. He loves traveling and recently in Egypt onboard the Nile Queen, an Aggressor River Cruise. He resides in Tampa, Florida with his wife and is a huge New York Giants fan.

    Born and raised in the Sweet Onion City of Vidalia, GA, Jimmy has always had a love and passion for sea turtle conservation along the East coast. He received his Associates Degree in Marketing Management in 2014 and shortly after met his husband when visiting Augusta, GA and later married in April of 2017. He was Open Water certified on the Cayman Aggressor IV in 2017 and is planning his 4th liveaboard trip with Aggressor Adventures at the beginning of the year. Aside from diving, his interests include hiking, running, kayaking, and any other outdoor activities. Jimmy lives in Northwest Atlanta with his husband and teenager son.

    Roxann is a native New Yorker and moved to South Carolina permanently 3 years ago. She is an Adventure Planner with Aggressor Adventures and specializes in Galapagos and Indonesia. She worked in real estate in Rockland County, NY for 21 years where she and her husband James raised their two sons. She also worked in Education for 18 years and enjoyed every day. "Helping children grow and contributing to my Community in the many volunteer organizations like Big Sister, Special Education Advocacy Group, PTA & Educational Planning Groups has always been wonderful & fulfilling. My passion is to help people in whatever way I can and contributing to Aggressor Adventures, and working with the staff here, is amazing!"

    Barbara Bono

    Barbara is a native New Yorker and has lived in the Augusta, Georgia area for 15 years. Her background is in accounting and she has worked for various companies throughout her career. She enjoys sailing, reading, crafting and music. She recently joined the Aggressor Adventures team as a Travel Planner for the Cayman Aggressor V and looks forward to becoming a certified diver in the near future.

    Erin was born in Augusta, Georgia but spent her childhood living in many places across the globe as part of a military family. Though her address changed more often than not, her love for the water began at an early age and has never wavered.

    She relocated to her hometown of Augusta in 2000 and crossed an item off of her bucket list when she received her Open Water Certification in 2009.

    Cheryl McGowen

    Accounting

    Cheryl was born and raised in Augusta, Georgia. She has worked in the accounting field for 30 years. Her career started while working in the billing department for Augusta University Hospital and from there to the Augusta Harley Davidson Accounting department, Columbia County Sheriff's office in the warrants Division and joined Aggressor Adventures in March 2007. She enjoys spending her free time with her family at the lake and loves the outdoors, especially fishing. She visited the Cayman Aggressor V this year and hopes to learn to scuba dive.

    Tricia was born in San Bernardino, California and grew up in South Carolina which is where she met her husband and raised their daughter. She is a graduate of Piedmont Technical College with an Associate’s Degree in Business with an Accounting Emphasis. She worked in Pricing/Billing/Accounting for 25 years before joining Aggressor Adventures in 2016. Her hobbies are watching Gamecock and Bulldog college football, reading, and spending time with family. Tricia finds the underworld very interesting and looks forward to taking the plunge one day.

    Jennifer Jensen

    Accounting

    Jennifer brings a diverse background in business in both executive and supporting roles in management, marketing, sales and accounting. She has lived around the country, but considers Denver, CO, her home. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and she remains an avid fan of the CO Buffaloes and Denver Broncos. In her free time, she enjoys family gatherings, exploring the great outdoors, reading, music and art. She joined Aggressor in 2016 and loves working with both our clients, as well as the top-notch Aggressor team.

    Tobi Corley

    Retail Department & Accounting

    Tobi is an Augusta, Georgia native. After high school, she moved to Mount Pleasant, South Carolina to pursue a degree in Business then eventually moved back to Augusta. She works for Aggressor Adventures in the apparel department creating many of the apparel items our guests buy and in the accounting department. On weekends she has a second job working at concert concessions and loves spending time with her son and family.
