Getting There, Passports & Visa Documentation

The Philippines is made up of over 7640 islands and is located south of Taiwan, east of the South China Sea with the Pacific Ocean to the east. Aggressor Adventures Detour Travel department can assist with airline travel by emailing travel@aggressor.com. Many major airlines fly into the Philippines:

Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific, and AirAsia, along with international airlines like Cathay Pacific, Singapore Airlines, Qatar Airways, and United. The hub connects to global destinations via carriers such as Emirates, Korean Air, EVA Air, and ANA.

* Tubbataha - (7 nights) Puerto Princesa/Puerto Princesa (PPS)
 
Visitors must have a current passport, adequate funds to support themselves, and a return airline ticket. US citizens are required to have a passport valid for 6 months from date of entry. It is the travelers’ responsibility to ensure they have the proper visa to travel into each country on his or her itinerary as well as for re-entry and return to their country. Since regulations vary by country, contact your consulate or embassy of your country for the requirement.

IMPORTANT NEW REQUIREMENTS

• A scanned copy of your passport information page is required 7 days prior to the charter start date and must be emailed to pha@aggressor.com or scanned through the GIS portal. Guests will not be able to board without completing this process due to the local requirements.

• All travelers coming to the Philippines need to complete this short declaration form before entering the Philippines. Scan the QR code or click to link.

Local Fees/Taxes

Each guest must pay:
Best Of Visayas: A Port Fee of USD $105 for a 7-night charter or $120 for a 10-night charter.
Tubbataha: 7 nights - $150 per person park/port fee.
Tubbataha transition trips: 10 nights -$210 per person park/port fee.
Coron: 7 day $110 pp
Coron - Batangas/Batangas - Coron 10 nights $150 pp
Starting April 2, 2026: Fuel surcharge of $300 for a 7-night charter or $428 for a 10-night charter.
 
A 12% VAT (Value Added Tax) tax is added to all onboard sales. You may pay by Visa, MasterCard, or US dollars. Sorry, no personal checks. Many countries that accept USD cash require the bills to be in exceptionally good condition. Any that have excessive wrinkles, tears, wear marks, or are old-style bills are not normally accepted.

GRATUITIES
Gratuities are not included at all Aggressor destinations.  Tipping is voluntary and based on the service the staff has provided you.  The Manager will provide envelopes for gratuities upon settling your account at the end of the week.  Gratuities are shared equally among all staff. All Aggressors accept cash, Visa, and MasterCard payments for gratuities.
