Saturday: Boarding of the guests started at 4 pm. We started the very interesting welcome aboard safety briefing and checking in with captain Rodney.

 

Sunday: We started the day with Lars delicious breakfast: Eggs, Bacon, Coconut Pancakes, after that we jumped for our check  dive at the crab mountain where we saw barracuda, gray angel fish, crab and spade fish, right after we jumped again for our second dive at the lobster no lobster where we saw, angel fish, butterfly fish, grouper and soft corals, after that chef Lars made us an delicious lunch: Coconut Carrot Soup, Jerk baby back ribs Plantain and coleslaw, Bahamian pea rice. After that we jumped at the barracuda shoals where we saw 6 Caribbean reef shark, barracuda, stingray, and black grouper, right after we jumped at the Austin smith wreck where we saw 10 Caribbean reef sharks, black grouper, Nassau grouper, stingray, and the wreck. After that Lars made us a delicious dinner: Mixed Greens, Red Snapper, Rice, Sauteed Veggies and Red velvet cake for dessert. After dinner we jumped at the Austin smith again for our night dive where we saw black grouper, barracuda, parrot fish and Nassau grouper.

 

Monday: We started the day with a delicious breakfast by chef lars of sausage link, French toast and eggs the way you like. We then jumped in for Dive 1 at 3 peaks which is a series of 3 underwater coral mounds, where we saw lobsters, jacks, and beautiful brain coral. After a short break we jumped in for Dive 2 on Jeep Reef, which is a beautiful shallow dive, where we saw hunting barracuda, angel fish, sea fans. When we surfaced it was lunchtime! Of potato leek soup, yellow chicken curry, mixed vegetables, and jasmine rice. On dive 2 the current picked up, so we decided to do a drift dive from Jeep reef which everyone enjoyed flying by turtles, stingrays. We then had a 2 hour crossing to Eleuthera. Dive 4 was at Jake’s hole, where we saw a crab, jacks, groupers, and a beautiful flamingo tongue. When we surfaced, we were treated to a delicious dinner of spinach salad, pork tenderloin, sweet potatoes and broccoli finished off with an amazing lemon blueberry cake. After a short break we jumped in for our night dive on jake’s hole where we saw octopus, basket star, lobster and shrimp to name but a few. With full bellies we had an early night, eager for the next day to arrive.

 

Tuesday:  we start the day with Lars delicious breakfast: Eggs and Bacon Hashbrown Patty, after that we jumped for our first and second dive at the split coral head where we saw 12 Caribbean reef shark, neck crab, angel fish, sponges, soft coral, and school of jaks. After the dives Lars made us for lunch: Black beans Soup and taco Tuesday. After lunch we jumped at the monolith wall where we saw tiger grouper, garden ell, sergeant major and French angel fish, after that we jumped at the cave rock for our 4th dive where we saw arrow crabs, cleaner shrimps, gobies, banded coral shrimps and queen angel fish.  After that Chef Lars made us a delicious dinner: arugula salad, salmon, roasted potatoes, asparagus, and French vanilla cake. After dinner we jumped at the cave rock again for a night dive where we saw blue tang, squirrelfish, crabs and lobster.

 

Wednesday:  We started the day with chef lars’ delicious breakfast of sausage, waffles and eggs the way you like. We then jumped in for Dive 1 on hole in the wall, where we saw a neck crab and Caribbean reef sharks. After a short break we jumped into Cobia cage for dive 2, where an object looking like a spaceship is anchored on the sloped sandy bottom close to the wall, where long ago it was used to breed cobia’s. When we surfaced, we sat down for a delicious lunch of Broccoli cheddar soup, chicken breast, Quinoa and veggies. After lunch was over, we jumped in for dive 3 on Up jumped the devil, where we saw lots of Caribbean reef sharks and barracuda. Dive 4 was on Dog rocks with poor visibility, however we had loads of fun with all the swim throughs on offer. When we surfaced we were treated to a delicious dinner of spinach salad, shrimp and grits and roasted veggies finished off with a scrumptious ultimate chocolate cake. After dinner we jumped in for a night dive on crab mountain where saw a big turtle cruising by, star fish, hairy crab and a giant lobster.

 

Thursday:  We started the day with a delicious breakfast by chef lars of eggs, bacon and chocolate chip pancakes. We then jumped in for Dive 1 on blacktip wall, where saw loads of Caribbean reef sharks after a short break it was time for the famous dive called washing machine, where the current spins you round like a washing machine, which everyone enjoyed. We were then treated to a delicious lunch of tomato bisque, garlic bread, chicken alfredo pasta and mixed veggies. After lunch we headed to lizard island where we could go a ashore and feed the iguanas that inhabit the island. We then headed off for the 3 hour crossing to the famous lost blue hole for dive 3 and 4 in search of the nesting turtles who have made this dive site their home In between these dives we were treated to an amazing dinner by chef lars’ of spinach salad, prime rib, mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts finished off with a scrumptious pineapple rum cake.

 

Friday:  We started the day early with a dawn dive on the lost blue hole where we saw loggerhead, sharks, lobsters, rays and all the reef fish waking up from their sleep. When we surfaced, we were treated to a delicious breakfast by chef lars of sausage link and cheese country frittata. After a short break we jumped in for a last dive of the week at periwinkle, which is a beautiful shallow dive, which everyone thought was a fitting end to the trip. It was then time to head back to Nassau. We finished the day with our wine and cheese party, where stories were shared and friends were made on another perfect trip on Bahamas aggressor!
