November 09, 2025
1st Dive. Our adventure began with a check dive at Sumilon Island Northeast. The first splash welcomed everyone with sightings of blacktip and whitetip reef sharks, hunting bluefin trevally, nudibranchs, batfish, and much more.
No further dives were allowed for the day as the Coast Guard enforced a safety stop due to an approaching super typhoon.

November 10, 2025
1st Dive. We resumed diving at Samboan Colasi MPA North. Blacktip reef sharks cruised through, along with a school of pompano, barracuda, nudibranchs, and both green and hawksbill sea turtles.

2nd Dive. The second dive took place at the southern section of Colasi MPA. We encountered schools of rabbitfish, nudibranchs, razorfish, pompano, juvenile batfish, sea turtles, and countless reef creatures.

3rd Dive. We traveled to Santander and explored Liloan Drift. Guests enjoyed sightings of juvenile ribbon eels, frogfish, orangutan crabs, turtles, nudibranchs, crabs, and shrimp.

4th Dive. The night dive was done farther north of Liloan Drift during slack current. We saw corallimorph crabs, sponge carrier crabs, arrow crabs, shrimp, and a blue spotted ribbontail ray.

November 11, 2025
1st Dive. The morning dive took place at the famous Oslob Whaleshark Point. Despite low visibility, numerous whalesharks glided past the group, creating an unforgettable experience.

2nd Dive. We crossed from Oslob to Dauin and began muck diving at Silver Reef House Reef. Highlights included two crown seahorses, three large flamboyant cuttlefish and one tiny juvenile, a pair of broadclub cuttlefish, a wunderpus, Shaun-the-Sheep nudibranchs, emperor shrimp, and an orangutan crab.

3rd Dive. The journey continued at Thalatta House Reef South. We discovered frogfish, ghost pipefish, nudibranchs, sparring mantis shrimp, sheep nudibranchs, flounder, and many more unusual muck residents.

4th Dive. We returned to Thalatta for a spectacular night dive. Day and night here feel like different worlds. We found pegasus sea moths, schools of razorfish, pipefish, frogfish, snakehead eels, and a variety of crabs and shrimp.

November 12, 2025
1st Dive. We began the morning at Apo Island’s Coconut Point, where strong currents and pristine corals created an exhilarating drift along a breathtaking reef.

2nd Dive. Still at Apo Island, our next site was Chapel. We encountered a massive stonefish, nudibranchs, flatworms, slugs, reef fish, and egg cowries.

3rd Dive. The afternoon dive at Cogon Point revealed turtles, vibrant nudibranchs, reef fish, a sea snake, and lush coral gardens.

4th Dive. We moved back to Dauin and finished the day at Basak North. Guests spotted five seahorses, two cuttlefish, a variety of crabs and shrimp, pipefish, and colorful nudibranchs.

November 13, 2025
1st Dive. We explored Pamilacan Island Dakit-Dakit East. The dive was filled with sea snakes, turtles, schools of batfish, bluefin trevally, surgeonfish, fusiliers, moray eels, and nudibranchs.

2nd Dive. The next dive at Dakit-Dakit West brought even more turtles, beautiful corals, and of course, nudibranchs which are a common treasures throughout the Philippines.

3rd Dive. At Old Spanish Tower, we spotted three frogfish, several moray eels, turtles, nudibranchs, scorpionfish, fusiliers, and fields of garden eels.

4th Dive. The night dive at Panglao Alona House Reef delivered cuttlefish, arrow crabs, seahorses, crabs, shrimp, and slugs.

November 14, 2025
1st Dive. The morning began at Cabilao Lighthouse. Highlights included a giant yellow frogfish, turtles, a massive barracuda, cuttlefish, nudibranchs, and schools of moorish idols.

2nd Dive. The final dive at Cabilao Gorgonian Wall revealed sea spiders, snappers, nudibranchs, orangutan crabs, a giant frogfish, and abundant reef fish.

3rd Dive. Talisay was selected for the last dive of the day. A mild to strong current turned this into our first true drift dive of the trip. We encountered a spectacular reef, turtles, and countless reef species.
We began the long 14hour transit to Kimud Shoal.

November 15, 2025
1st Dive. The first dive at Kimud Shoal brought exactly what guests hoped for thresher sharks. Many circled gracefully around the divers. We also spotted octopus, frogfish, and surgeonfish.

2nd Dive. One dive was not enough. Back at Kimud Shoal, we had more up-close thresher encounters, along with frogfish, octopus, snappers, jacks, and anthias.

3rd Dive. We headed to Gato Island and dove the southwest section. Two large whitetip sharks appeared, along with pygmy seahorses, leafy scorpionfish, cuttlefish, an electric clam, and stunning nudibranchs.

4th Dive. Our sunset dive on Gato Island’s east side revealed pygmy seahorses, nudibranchs, a corallimorph crab, decorator and arrow crabs, and various shrimp.

November 16, 2025
1st Dive. By guest request, we returned to Kimud Shoal and saw five thresher sharks circling together.

2nd Dive. Monad Shoal offered reef fish, moorish idols, surgeonfish, crabs, and a scenic wall.

3rd Dive. The afternoon dive at Deep Slope in Malapascua featured thorny seahorses, zebra crabs, ornate ghost pipefish, nudibranchs, shrimp, and crabs.

4th Dive. The sunset dive at Evo House Reef delivered one of the most magical displays of the trip mandarin fish performing their mating ritual.

November 17, 2025
1st Dive. Our final morning began at Hilutungan MPA where we saw jacks, batfish, nudibranchs, and an impressive wall.

2nd Dive. The last dive of the trip also took place at Hilutungan MPA. Giant trevally, sweetlips, snappers, nudibranchs, and clouds of reef fish made it a perfect finale.
