    Charlotte Hounsome

    1st Mate

Charlotte hails from Yorkshire, England. She was first introduced to diving at the tender age of 11, whilst on holidays in Cyprus. A trip to the Red Sea, the following year, is where Charlotte became captivated with the beauty and mysteries of the underwater world. With a passion for teaching and inspiring others, she completed a diving internship in Mexico in 2014 and went on to work as an instructor in Cozumel. Ever keen to expand her knowledge, she completed the Full Cave course in the Cenotes of the Rivera Maya. She has since spent significant time instructing in the Maldives, Southeast Asia and the Caribbean. In recent years Charlotte has assisted with marine conservation projects including coral restoration and marine identification. Keen to gain new experiences, Charlotte braved UK waters in 14mm of neoprene! This experience prompted her to complete her dry suit training.

Charlotte enjoys underwater photography/videography, especially at night! Aside from Eagle Ray’s and Octopus, Charlotte’s favorite underwater critter is the sexy shrimp!

    Madison Severy

    Cruise Director

Madison grew up in  Santa Barbara, California, spending her summers in the ocean. Her and her parents shared a love for traveling, and when she was 15 they got her open water certified at the Channel Islands.  It took some time before cold diving grew on her, and after a family dive trip to Fiji, she was convinced this was the right sport for her.

After college, she wanted to make money while traveling, so she decided to move to Roatan, Honduras to complete her divemaster and instructor courses. After working for a year on the island, she traveled throughout South East Asia, working in Indonesia, then back home where she split her time working between California and Honduras as an instructor. In 2023, she began her career in the yachting industry, and eventually found her way onto the BVI Aggressor.

    Fabian Suarez

    Dive Pro/Chef

Fabián comes from the middle of the world, born and raised in Ecuador. After working several years as a chef trainer, hotel manager and school teacher, he decided to do a 180°, and change his life.  He went to live and work in the Galapagos islands, where he became a certified open water diver.

He then moved to Utila in 2019 where he became an instructor and has been diving and sailing the Caribbean ever since, with no intentions of leaving the salty life style!

Fabián went on to join the Aggressor fleet in Turks and Caicos and now we have him here enjoying the beauty of the BVI. A very talented shark whisperer and turtle counsellor, he likes to communicate telepathically with all the sea life and some may say that the Aquaman character is based in his under water abilities.

    Rob Peterson

    Dive Pro

Rob was born in Sacramento California and grew up in the dessert mountains of southern Utah. After getting certified, Rob's first recreational dive was at the Catalina Island dive park which is where Rob's love of the ocean, travel and diving began.

Rob started working on Catalina Island as a Zipline tour guide but he always frequented the beaches and dive park during his off time. Once the season ended, his career would take him to the pristine shores of Juneau Alaska where he worked as a deckhand and naturalist aboard a whale watching boat.

With a newfound respect and admiration for the sea, Rob persued his Divemaster through an internship on the island of St Croix where he familiarized himself with the geography and ecosystem of Caribbean waters.

Still hungry for scuba diving, Rob entered the yachting industry after moving to Florida in search of day work and Divemaster positions where he would formally find his ocean ready home aboard the BVI Aggressor.
