Palau Aggressor II & Rock Islands AggressorScott was born in Pennsylvania and started diving when he was 15 years old while in the Boy Scouts. Later he became a Captain and dive instructor while working at the Florida High Adventure Sea Base which is a High Adventure operation run by the Boy Scouts of America. Scott has been working on Liveaboard dive vessels for the last 19 years and with Aggressor on the Cayman Aggressor, Okeanos Aggressor, Belize Aggressor, Bay Islands Aggressor, Fiji Aggressor, Kona Aggressor, Turks & Caicos Aggressor, and currently on Palau Aggressor & Rock Islands Aggressor.

His given name is Iemar but everyone just calls him Jim. Jim was born and raised in the Philippines and after he graduated from high school he moved to Manila to go to a maritime college. Jim received a Bachelors of Science in Marine Transportation and obtained his captain’s license. Every summer break while attending college, he traveled to Palau to be with his family as his dad Ike was working for the Palau Aggressor II. During that time he started diving at the age of 18. After graduating college in 2005 he moved to Palau to be with my family full time and started working for Neco Marine as a skiff driver and dive master. He started working on the Rock Islands Aggressor when the boat came to Palau in 2010 from Fiji and in 2018 he was promoted to captain of the Palau Aggressor II. Jim enjoys every day he is on-board doing what he loves.

Palau Aggressor II & Rock Islands AggressorHis given name is Feliciano M. Flores Jr. but everyone just calls him June. He was born and raised in the Philippines and started working on boats in the Kapel-Subic dry docks/ship yard. June moved to Palau in 2004 and opened his own small repair shop. June worked off and on for the Palau Aggressor II when they needed him but eventually started working full time on the Palau Aggressor II and Rock Islands Aggressor in 2015. June is now a dive master and loves spending most of his time diving rather than in the engine room.
Jay Naguit

Palau Aggressor II & Rock Islands AggressorJay was born in the Philippines and has lived in Palau since 2005. His first job on island was as hotel maintenance man for 5 years. Then he started working for the Palau government as a maintenance man as well. In 2012 he started working for Aggressor Liveaboards on the Rock Islands Aggressor and got open water certified and moved up the ranks to dive master. In 2019 Jay became the engineer on the Palau Aggressor II.
Ronnie Aya-ay

Ronnie was born and raised Pampanga, Philippines. He started his career working as a chef on cruise ships in 1999. In 2002 Ronnie moved to Turks & Caicos where he worked as a Chef in a couple different resorts. Then in 2007 he left the resorts and started working for the Turks & Caicos Aggressor. Ronnie worked for 6 years onboard the Turks & Caicos Aggressor as the head chef before heading back home to the Philippines in 2013 to run his own catering business for two years. In 2015 he decided to come to Palau to work on the Palau Aggressor II as head chef and has been here ever since. Ronnie is also open water certified and loves to dive when possible and is currently working on his dive master certification.

Rock Islands Aggressor & Palau Aggressor IIStar is Palauan but was born in Guam and moved to back to his home islands of Palau in 1994. He graduated high school here in Palau and went to the local college for 2yrs. After college Star worked as a hotel front desk receptionist for 3yrs and started diving in late 2004. In 2011 he started working for a liveaboard in Palau as the skiff driver and dive master. He became a PADI Instructor in 2015 and enjoys diving all around his beautiful country. In February 2018 he joined Aggressor Liveaboards working on the Rock Islands Aggressor and Palau Aggressor II and is now is one of the cruise directors.
Ripon Debnath

Born and raised in Bangladesh, Ripon was able to come to Palau through an invitation from his friend. He started working as a security guard for the Palau Aggressor II and was eventually certified to be a diver. In 2013 Ripon became a full time worker on board the Palau Aggressor II/Rock Islands Aggressor as a dive master. Ripon enjoys finding and showing the rare crocodile fish to all the guests he leads while diving. Currently he’s the President of the Bangladesh Association in Palau.

Palau Aggressor II & Rock Islands AggressorEditha was born in Culion, Philippines near Coron. She studied literature in College. She has worked at Dive resorts near her home for a few years prior to her arrival in Palau. Editha has workd onboard Palau Aggressor for 7 years now. Editha is relatively newly certified but has already gotten her Advanced Certification and Nitrox Certification.
