    Josh Foster

    Dive Instructor

I’m Josh Foster, I am from the sunny UK. When I was 13, I moved to the Cayman Islands where I spent the rest of my high school days. During that time, I got certified as an open water diver, when I finished school, I worked my way up to being a dive instructor and a local boat captain running day trips. I worked in Cayman for 8 years as a dive instructor before adventuring to the Bahamas to work on a liveaboard. I am now back in Cayman Islands and Captain of the Cayman Aggressor IV.

When I’m not diving, I like to learn about boats and the mechanical side to them as well as getting the lines in the water to see what we can catch for dinner. I enjoy discovering new places to travel and see new areas of the world. My favorite color is blue as it’s the best color water to dive in.

    Billy Spencer

    Captain

I grew up in Corn Island Nicaragua in a fishing family. From the age of 13 I was going to sea with my uncles and father on my summer vacation. I became a captain at the age of 21 on a tuna boat after that I was captain on lobster boat, shrimp boat, balahu boat and bottom fish boat. Later I advanced to cargo and passengers boats. I recently joined Aggressor Adventures as Captain of the Cayman Aggressor IV and am loving it.

    Maria Escobedo

    Video Pro/Dive Master

I was born in the desert of Mexico, but I was lucky enough to escape and go to live and work in Cozumel Island as a clinical nutritionist. I began looking for something different and is that how I found scuba diving. I fell in love with diving and knew that was the career for me. I left everything to do this full time and now I’m living the dream on the sea every day. I have worked for Aggressor in Turks & Caicos, Bahamas and British Virgin Islands. In my spare time I enjoy diving, kitesurfing, traveling, crossfit and cooking.
