The health and safety of our guests and staff are always top of mind for us at Aggressor. As such, I wanted to share our procedures in place for cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing as well as the processes in place for when guest(s) become ill during an adventure.
 
If your adventure is delayed by the travel restrictions or consider yourself elderly or have health issues and are scheduled to travel from March 16th through April 11th, we are offering a travel voucher to return back to that destination, no questions asked, for up to one year. Just get with your travel agent, dive shop or our Adventure Planner to request your voucher. We will update this timeline if the restrictions are not lifted by then.
 
PREVENTATIVE MEASURES
To ensure you are arriving to a clean and healthy facility, we have detailed procedures in place for cleaning and disinfecting during and between adventures that ensures you are arriving to a clean and healthy facility.  Should a guest to become ill during their time with us, a deeper sanitizing of the facilities takes place during and between adventures.
 
DURING YOUR ADVENTURE
Should a guest become ill during an adventure, our procedures include (in addition to caring for that guest) trying to minimize all other guests’ exposure. These efforts include prohibiting the ill guest from participating in any buffet-style meals, instead, having staff serve that guest all meals, and conducting daily sanitizing and disinfecting of all areas with which that guest comes in contact.
 
Should multiple guests become ill with potential virus-related symptoms, we would immediately contact the local health authorities for critical guidance.
